Thank you for your order. Here’s what to expect when Short Track Coffee products head your way.

Processing Time

Most orders begin processing within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Rate

Short Track Coffee offers $6 flat-rate shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

We currently do not accept or ship international orders.

Your shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery

Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and fulfillment location. Any delivery date or transit estimate shown at checkout or provided by a carrier is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Some Short Track Coffee products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the applicable tracking number or numbers.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us through our Contact page.

We will review the available tracking information and work with the applicable carrier or fulfillment provider to determine an appropriate resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs or other information needed to verify the issue. Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate resolution may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you discover an address error after submitting your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

If an order is returned, delayed, or requires reshipment because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply.
